HPD-TCP600AThermal conductive silicone grease is a product with ultra-low thermal resistance and high thermal conductivity, suitable for electronic/electrical fields with heat dissipation requirements. It is the best thermal interface material selection solution between the smooth surface of heat sinks and the smooth surface of heating components. The particles are extremely fine and can fill the microscopic gaps between smooth surfaces. It can automatically dispense glue or screen print, achieving automated operations. Thixotropic silicone grease adhesive has strong wetting properties, strong thixotropy, nearly zero degree of freedom, non curing, and excellent weather resistance. Easy to erase after scraping, with a certain degree of process tolerance.
